Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

• 48+ hours before pickup: Free cancellation, full refund of any prepaid amount.
• Less than 48 hours before pickup: A cancellation fee equal to one day's rental rate may apply.
• No-show: Non-refundable.
• Non-refundable rates: If you selected a discounted non-refundable rate at booking, the reservation cannot be refunded.

Modifications

You may change pickup/return dates, locations, or vehicle category subject to availability and any rate difference. Modifications are free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

How to Request a Refund

Call (855) 361-3702 or email support@carrentalusa.com with your confirmation number. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.

Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error by the rental supplier at pickup or return, please contact the supplier first. If unresolved, contact us and we'll help mediate.
