These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CAR RENTAL USA & CA website and reservation services. By accessing our site or placing a reservation, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

CAR RENTAL USA & CA is an independent reservation agency that books car rentals through third-party suppliers. We are not affiliated with any car manufacturer or rental brand. The actual rental contract is between you and the rental supplier.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license issued at least 12 months prior, and possess a major credit card in your name to make a reservation. Additional age and document requirements may apply by supplier and location.

3. Reservations and Pricing

• Quoted prices are based on information you provide at booking and may include taxes, fees, and optional extras.
• Additional charges (mileage, fuel, late return, additional drivers, equipment, toll fees, traffic violations, damages) may apply directly through the supplier.
• Final charges are subject to the rental supplier's terms at the time of pickup.

4. Payment

A valid credit card is required to confirm most reservations. The supplier may place a hold on your card at pickup for security deposits.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

Most bookings can be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before pickup without penalty. Late cancellations, no-shows, or non-refundable bookings may be subject to fees. See our Refund Policy.

6. Use of the Vehicle

You agree to operate the rental vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and the supplier's rental agreement. Misuse, unauthorized drivers, off-road driving, or violating the supplier's policy may void coverage and result in additional charges.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee vehicle availability, pricing accuracy by suppliers, or uninterrupted service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAR RENTAL USA & CA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or from your rental agreement with a third-party supplier. Our total liability for any direct claim is limited to the service fee you paid to us for the reservation in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content is owned by CAR RENTAL USA & CA or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Third-party names and logos are property of their respective owners.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CAR RENTAL USA & CA from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of a rental vehicle.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
