How do I make a reservation?

Call our 24/7 reservation desk at (855) 361-3702. An agent will help you compare options and confirm your booking.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes. Most reservations can be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup. Call us or email support@carrentalusa.com with your confirmation number.

What documents do I need at pickup?

  • A valid driver's license issued at least one year prior
  • A major credit card in the renter's name
  • Proof of insurance (if declining the supplier's coverage)
  • Government-issued photo ID

What is the minimum age to rent?

The standard minimum age is 21. Renters between 21–24 may be subject to a young driver surcharge depending on the supplier and location.

Are there mileage limits?

Most rentals include unlimited mileage within the United States. Restrictions may apply for one-way and specialty vehicle rentals.
